Orders placed over £50 are eligible for free delivery to an address of your choice or £4.95 if below. You are able to collect your order free of charge from our offices in Ilkeston .
All orders are dispatched within 10 working days of placing your order. If we are awaiting stock we will advise the expected dispatch date.
Returns Policy
We can only accept returns if we are notified within 14 days of delivery, so please check your order on arrival and email hello@loopwear.co.uk should you have any queries.
If you no longer require the item ordered or wish to exchange for an alternative size, please fill in the form enclosed and return the form with the garments in its original packaging with tags. Unfortunately Items that cannot be resold we will not be able to offer a refund. Refunds will not be processed until the items are delivered back to us.
All items should be sent back to Loop wear Ltd, Baileys Mill, 38 Factory Lane, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 8HQ.
