Yes, when selecting your garments, you can upload your logo / enter text and choose where you’d like it to go. Please use high quality artwork that shows exactly how want the logo to look when it’s been embroidered.
The most popular places for embroidery are Left Breast, Right Breast, Left Arm, Right Arm, Neck or Back. If you’re unsure where your logo might look best please give us a call 01773 825865.
We work on a turnaround of 7-10 working days – providing all of the garments you’ve ordered are in stock. We’ll contact you straight away if there may be a delay with your order.
Delivery is a flat rate £2.95 for all orders
Yes, before we embroider the garments you’ve ordered we’ll send over a sample for you to approve.
Unfortunately, with embroidered garments we can’t accept returns unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Plain garments can be returned within 14 days of receipt at a 25% restocking charge.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the garments you receive in your order please contact us straight away so we can work on solving the problem 01773 825865.
If you’re ordering large quantities contact us with your basic order requirements and we’ll see what we can do.
